You will feel the Calm
I wasnât sure a single herb could have a noticeable calming effect, usually holy basil is part of a combination in anti-anxiety products.But, based in reviews, I decided to try this. I have several other Himalaya products & trust the brand. I definitely feel a calming effect about 30 minutes after taking this in the morning. I will order again.

One of the best out there
I like that this isn’t primarily holy basil EXTRACT. The ones that are cheaper that are only the extract like the Now brand completely tear up my stomach. But this one doesn’t because it has actual Holy Basil and only a little bit of extract. Definitely lowers my evening cortisol when I need it to and far more gentle on my stomach

Wow!! Great stress managing supplement!
This product is excellent in helping you cope with daily stress. It helps me feel in control of daily stresses and social anxiety. I know this sounds silly but I have noticed that Iâm not snacking so much in between my days and I feel more in control of when and how often I eat. I feel that it may be due to the stress managing that you feel when on this product that possibly helps with stress/emotional eating. Just be patient. It takes about a week or two before feeling the full effect but it does really work with coping and dealing with stress. I love that there are no fillers and that it is all natural. There are other supplements out there but I love the purity and quality of this one. So happy to have found it. Iâm taking this supplement with my husband and we are on our second bottle. We take one in the morning and one in the evening. I just ordered another bottle. I donât want to run out and be without it.

Useful addition to MCAS routine
I’ve been taking this consistently for a while now and I’m pleased to report it doesn’t upset my stomach or cause any reactions. I take a lot of supplements for my chronic illnesses, so I split the 2 pill dose into one at 8am, the next at 12pm.My hEDS/MCAS doctor recommended Holy Basil. Holy basil is an herbal mast cell stabilizer, which can potentially do the following: Antihistamine, anti-anaphylactic.It’s tough to say how effective each individual supplement I take is, but the lack of negative side effects is a huge win and I’m keeping this product in my daily regimen. Worth a try!
