Sturdy, quality materials, great buy
I haven’t used this kit yet. It just arrived, but I am impressed with the weight and quality of the materials. The baskets hold their shape firmly and are made of thick silicone. The scraper is sturdy stainless steel with a nice plastic grip. The whisk is well made completely out of steel and seems like it will hold up and also clean up nicely. And then there’s the bonus basting brush and razor holder. Can’t beat all that for the price. I will update this review once I have tried it. I’d buy it as a gift for any other bread maker.Well, I’ve used the basket and it works like a charm! Instructions suggest dusting with flour first which I did. I used rice flour because it doesn’t bond with the dough as much as wheat flour. The dusting left a thin coat on the surface and I wondered if it was enough, but it worked. No sticking. I had to gently tap and massage the form before the dough released, but it came out in one piece, unharmed. I have no desire to bake bread in the mold. Maybe I would bake pumpkin bread or something. The ribbed pattern would be delightful. The whisk worked great for the initial hydration of the flour. Easier than a spoon. The length of the handle was fine for me. A longer handle would require more strength to push through the flour. I guess if you were doubling a recipe, you’d prefer a longer handle but for 500 grams of flour plus water, it was the perfect length. I’m very happy with this kit!

They Work
I grabbed these banneton baskets out of curiosity because I wanted to know if there would be less sticking of my bread dough using them. At this point I think it’s just me needing to be better about not over hydrating my bread. That said these baskets worked fine, but they aren’t magically going to stop the dough from sticking. They are made of a pretty thick silicone, and I like the fact that they fold nearly flat for storage. The set did come with a bunch of extras, which is great if you’re new to bread baking, but I didn’t need any of them. The whisk had a short handle that was just silly. Overall, these will work perfectly fine, but they won’t be outright replacing my old bamboo banneton baskets.

nice kit but not the best kit
First, I really like the color of this kit and that it comes with so many accessories. I don’t love the feel of the silicone though. I think it feels cheap. I do like like it is foldable for smaller storage. The accessories are ok. The whisk is too short. I do like how the bench scraper has measurements on it but it would have been helpful to have grams listed since sourdough bakers use grams for measurement.

Nice addition to my baking adventure
I already had 1 banneton but my dough is always sticky so I thought these would clean better.Truly, dusting with rice flour is the solution. This set IS a nice addition if for storage alone. All the extras are nice too.

I got this for a friend’s birthday gift because she loves making bread and just started her sourdough starter and though she needed a complete sourdough set. We will see if she likes it!

Soporta temperaturas altas como 230° C y se puede usar tanto en el horno, microondas o Airfryer.La espátula es muy conveniente si tienes que cortar la masa, además viene con regla, en centÃmetros y en pulgadas. En la parte de las pulgadas me vino con un error de impresión, pero en mi caso no me molesta porque yo uso centÃmetros.Los complementos son fantásticos, especialmente la cuchilla. Es tan profesional y bonita que me arrepiento de no haberlo tenido antes. Trae 5 cuchillas que puedes usar, fácilmente reemplazables porque tienen una forma estándar.Además tiene una pequeña funda de cuero para guardar la cuchilla y transportarla de forma segura.Las cestan están estupendas, fácil de guardar por su forma de plegarlas. Es un kit completo y recomendable tanto para principiantes como profesionales que quieran trabajar el pan en casa

Bonjour ces panier en silicone me sont bien utile pour la lever des mes brioches et de mon pain.Passage au four pour la lever a 35°, et enfournage directement pour la cuisson.Je men sert également en temps que saladier pour le mélange de mes mixtures.Suffisamment épais pour être suffisamment rigide.

Grazie al programma Vine ho ricevuto questo kit per lievitazione formato da due cestini di diverse forme, un pennello, un tarocco, un set di lamette per incidere la superficie della pasta e una frusta.La cosa più bella è il fatto che i cestini in silicone siano completamente ripiegabili su se stessi diventando quasi piatti e di conseguenza occupino pochissimo spazio una volta riposti. Possono anche essere usati per altri scopi, come portafrutta, per servire insalate o snack, ma anche per cuocere direttamente l’impasto.Molto bello il tarocco (quella specie di spatola metallica), utile per raccogliere l’impasto, lavorarlo e modellarlo, è in acciaio piuttosto rigido, mi dà una buona impressione.Il colore giallo è poi molto carino e allegro, insomma il kit, che arriva in una bella scatola in cartone, non solo in un anonimo sacchetto trasparente, può anche essere una bella idea regalo.Prezzo forse un po’ alto.

The thing I love most about this set is that you can make the dough and bake it all in one bowl. As well, the bowls are pretty easy to clean, especially if you let them soak in warm, soapy water for a few minutes before washing. Both of these features make for easy clean up after making your bread (less dishes and easy to wash).Having 2 different shapes of baskets is also nice and adds to the versatility of the kit overall.The dough scraper has a little measure equivalents chart etched right into it, which is so handy as then I donât have to Google conversions while Iâm baking. It also has measuring ticks (cm on one side and inches on the other) to help evenly divide out the dough as youâre cutting it into sections. While the handle on the scraper is yellow plastic and doesnât really match the pretty pale purple of the rest of the set, it feels nice in my hand. Good shape and weight, so thatâs all that really matters.I do wish that the handle on the whisk was a little bit longer so that my hand wasnât so close to the dough as Iâm mixing it.I have a proofing set that is a bit fancier aesthetically, but not nearly as practical as this one.
