Very helpful
I use these every night with my cpap machine. My mouth falls open under my mask and these work great for me. I put them crossways and they hold up all through the night if I don’t use any night cream around my mouth. I learned the hard way that they won’t stick to skin that isn’t clean and dry. Most of the brands are pretty much the same I’ve found so I go for the best value.

These do not peel off easily
Iâve used another variation of this product from a different manufacturer with no problem. These are hard to peel off and keep taking the paper with it. A lot of waste, so donât waste your money.

Hypoallergenic but often useless
When unsticking the tape from the paper, the paper often tends to come along with it, making it useless. This happens at least half the time in my experience. On the bright side I can confirm itâs hypoallergenic and did not cause irritation.

Anti snoring
They help my snoring and do not irritate my skin. But they are hard to peel off the paper sheet. They may have been exposed to heat in warehouse or Amazon delivery van.

Good adhesive!
I thought this mouth tape was really good. I’ve been mouth taping for a few months, and this is just as good as anything else on the market right now. I was very satisfied with the quality of the adhesive. The tape did not move for several hours, unless I took it off to take a drink. It seems like I can peel it back to take a drink one time and reapply and it is fine, but anything more than that, I would need to get a new piece. When I sleep several hours through the night, it is usually a little soggy at about hour 6, but that is pretty good considering how much I drool in my sleep! I found that I liked wearing the X-shaped tape horizontally versus vertically, as the photo shows. It covered more of my mouth and was just as secure. It comes with two pieces of tape per sheet. The tape is clear and porous. Highly recommend!

keeps my mouth shut
I wanted to try these to see if they would help with some issue I was having and they definitely keep my mouth shut. I will try to move this around a bit every night so I don’t irritate my skin. Good adhesion.
