Works good but could be better
This product is great I bought them for my daughter first time mom. She loves them her onlyComplaint is that they donât stay coldLong enough. She found that adding some water helps to get them a little colder but she said it onlyLast about 30 minutes. With that said you will need a lot to keep yourself cold and get relief she has went through 4 boxes in 1 week

Game changer!
Seriously game changing to postpartum care. Cool enough to feel better but not so cool your uncomfortable. I wore mine first thing in the morning which was always when I was most sore. Theyâre too bulky to wear in public which was fine with me. By the time I was ready to go in public I was past this stage of healing.

Buy these now
These are a thousand times better than putting non-absorbent ice packs in your disposable undies/diapers. (Putting non-absorbent ice packs just makes your liquids run out of your underwear, it seems like.) I also think these cool much better than tuck’s or even the frida foam. These are pricey, but SO AMAZING. Buy them!

Great purchase!
Easy to pop unlike other brands! Has glue on the back so it can stick to underwear. Very durable and absorbent. Gave great comfort and relief pain. Wouldâve liked a bigger pack value.

Lifesaver if you have no energy to DIY
So I used these for the first 24 hours postpartum and they sure felt good. They were long and absorbent enough to feel secure in them, and I had no leaks. The coolness felt amazing.I do wish they stayed cool longer, but of course they can only work for so long. I also felt the price was very steep considering how many were in the box. With my previous baby I DIYed some ‘padcicles’, and they were cheap and worked well, but with this pregnancy I had ZERO energy near the end, and was unable to make my own. So having these to fall back on was a lifesaver and worth every penny.

Impulse Buy
I was so afraid of tearing, I wanted to be prepared. Were they necessary, not really since the hospital had some similar to this. Comfort wasnât completely there since it felt like a full diaper the whole time you wore it. Pain relief factor is great for the value of this pack. I would only wear while in the bed, if I had to get up and walk around it wasnât super functional. Easy to use!

You need
I really liked these postpartum. With the instant cooling it gave me relief. I used these with the disposable underwear and I never leaked. Worked well would recommend to any new momma.

Hands down the best post partum care item!
A must have for any vaginal delivery recovery. Worth every penny, lasts for a decent amount of time and comfy enough to sleep with on.
