Helps Take The Edge Off
I’ve used this product and others like it for years to help manage and take the edge off of chronic migraines. It dulls the pain enough to continue work (which is the goal of every migraine sufferer: manage pain, limit pain, and increase normal functioning). When I have had the really bad ‘needle in your eye , have to lay down in complete darkness, no sound no light with a heating pad migraines’ this helps take the edge off until the meds can work. I’ve shared this product with many of my fellow nurses and they also agree that it helps!

Calm in a bottle
I used this to quit smoking. I had smoked for over 35 years. I read Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Quit Smoking and that helped to fix the way I think about nicotine but when the day came to quit I had the usual panic withdrawal symptoms. The first panic attack that hit I looked around my immediate area to find something to take my mind off the craving and saw this bottle of Zen Blend on my desk that I had bought a while back. I took a long deep inhale of it and instantly a wave of calm washed over me and the panic subsided. I did this every time I felt another craving. Within 10 days I didn’t need to inhale this oil anymore and I have never had another nicotine craving since.

One of two bottles ordered leaked
I havenât used it yet, but it smells potent. I can smell it because one of the two bottles leaked. Shipping box was not damaged, but bottles were flopping around inside. I ordered one for myself and one for a gift. So I just washed off the leaking one and give the âgood oneâ as the gift.

I am a restless sleeper. I put 4-5 drops of this in my diffuser next to my bed, & it relaxes me if I deeply breathe it in. It’s a very pleasant smell. This is my 3rd bottle! I make aromatherapy mixes myself, but this one is just the right mix of scents. Will buy again!
