Perfect!
Iâm rehabbing a lower back issue and am a fan of Pilates. My physical therapist designed my exercises like a Pilates routine with a magic circle. I travel – so this is perfect. If I squeeze it a little it fits in my roller carry-on!

Not enough resistance
It looks nice and seems to be of good quality however, I take Pilates and use these often during class. I thought it would be nice to have one at home, however, the resistance is very weak. With little effort my ring could squeeze in half and therefore doesnât allow the proper engagement during specific exercises. Maybe I got a dud? Will be returning.
