Easy to take! Great product!
My whole family takes this to keep the immune system in tip top shape! The pills are small and easy to swallow. We enjoy the ease of ordering on Amazon and using subscribe and save, so we always have it on hand. Its also easy to break capsules open and add to apple sauce for those who can’t swallow pills.

Iâm African American and was diagnosed as being D3 deficient. I had been taking A, D, and K separately, but this was recommended to me. Let me make this simple: I donât take any supplements UNLESS my doctor tells me Iâm DEFICIENT in something. This was the ONLY thing after years of blood work that showed up as deficient for me. I was wondering why at 55 I started to feel âstiffâ all over. Started taking this supplement PLUS an additional 5000iu of D3, and I felt like a new person. No jokes.
