Just buy Calphalon Premier and be done
All non-stick products are going to fail at some point. I don’t know why companies put a lifetime warranty on non-stick, but those are the pans I go for. All calphalon premier come with a lifetime warranty with normal use. They will send you replacements on their products if the non-stick coating fails. Do yourself and favor and just fill your kitchen with calphalon premier products and never worry about purchasing another pan again. It’s by far the best value on the market IMO.The only potential downside to these pans is that the silicon rubber pads will take up more space in the area you keep your pants. It’s going to double the size need of a typical pan.

I’m not the ideal audience for these, as we have granite countertops, so aren’t worried about scorching, and therefore can’t tell you how well these do, or do not, avoid that. (Basically, don’t set hot pans on laminate countertops.)But in terms of baking, these are extremely sturdy, high quality pans that feel more than sturdy and bake sleekly and evenly. This is a great starter set with all the pieces most will need. Do wish it had a half sheet pan in lieu of the cookie sheet, as that can be used for cookies AND lots of other things, too, but other than that these are high quality bakeware pieces in a set that covers just about every need.
