Experienced breastfeeding mom
Really wasnât expecting this to be as good as it is. I found that if you want to reduce the thickness of the drink just pour it over ice and let it sit for a few min. It doesnât change the flavor. BOTH flavors are fair tasting to me.It really helps when you need that extra little boost of food in between meals.I love that it has basic ingredients not to many added ingredients so itâs more of a ânaturalâ productIt does help with milk production and the fact that I am over 40 with a new baby really speaks volumes since my milk supply is nowhere near it was when I was in my 20s when I had my first child. This product is a good value for me and I have purchased it over and over.

Tastes like curry
As others have said, the taste and texture of this beverage are really off-putting. It’s very thick, almost to the point where it feels like a concentrate, and the aftertaste has a strong savory flavor from the fenugreek. I thought it tasted like banana curry, which is as gross as it sounds. My husband didn’t hate it quite as much as I did, but also didn’t love it (certainly not enough to drink the rest of them). We had to throw it out.

My supply was basically dried up and then I started these and within a few days of inconsistent pumping I got some amounts. Definitely would recommend.The flavor takes some getting used to but youâll get past that in no time.

I produced a good amount of milk luckily. Not sure if this did help, as I was taking breast milk supplements and this. But, being a first time mom this helped me get some nutrients in, as it was hard to find time to eat or drink while pumping and caring for our newborn.
