Great workout and value / a couple of little flaws
I got this for just under $40 and itâs a GREAT VALUE. Using it is more of a workout than you might expect which is GOOD. The range of movement is adjustable which is nice. One issue is that one of the front bolts tends to FLY OFF in use which is alarming but itâs easily replaced⦠so you need to preemptively TIGHTEN it frequently before use to keep that from happening. It was silent at first but squeaks now⦠I THINK itâs coming not from the pistons but from the plastic foot pads, and I donât know how to fix that. But for under $40⦠well worth it!

Easy to use and store!
I love the size and how nice it is to use! It’s great for when you would like to get a little cardio in but can’t leave the house! It required minimal assembly which is a plus! i love how smooth the movements are, too! This product doesn’t make any noise, so it’s good to use while kids are napping and when you’re done it’s easy to tuck away!

Poor quality and dangerous
Bought this for my wife for her birthday since she had been wanting one. Today while my wife was using it the bolt on the left side (underneath) snapped in half making both sides unexpectedly drop to the floor, causing her to lose her balance and fall. Unfortunately the return window has already passed on this product. This item has only been lightly used for a little over a month now. This is poor quality and dangerous.

So, TikTok told me to order this, but I refuse to order anything from the tick tock shop because of its sketchiness. Plus, Amazon had a better price anyway. I have not used it nearly as much as I should be, but that’s how it goes with pretty much all exercise equipment, for me. But it is nice to have it in my home, not taking up a huge amount of space, easy to store away, and convenient enough to just pull out and use whenever I am feeling so compelled. It works well, it’s comfortable to use.

First one broke, the replacement squeaks
The first one i got broke after 5 days of 15mins. Got a replacement that one squeaks like crazy even after putting oil on it.

I wanted to give this 5 stars because i love how small it is and how it takes up very little space. I bought this to replace the stepper machine i bought years ago that has a handle bar. The second day i used this the screws on the left side came out mid workout. I screwed its back in then tightened all the rest is the screws. Also make sure you use the oil after tightening. I didnât and during my 3rd workout the right side got really tight and started squeaking. So i had to stop mid workout again. Hopefully going forward i have no more issues. I really like using a stepper for cardio so i plan to keep using it.

It works!
I wasnât expecting a workout from this, but to just move when in the office. I have a standing desk at home with a walking pad and thought this would be a little something to do when I go into the office. I was not expecting to sweat! I walk 65 miles a week and have good stamina from that. I do about 45 mins and have to stop to cool down. Itâs a great change to just walking, less impact on my knees and doesnât hurt my hip as much! Love it.

Product came used as there was already a step count there when I turned it on. There was also clear residue on the bar, perhaps someone lubricated it prior to me receiving it. And after 100 steps it started creaking which was really disappointing. The creaking comes and goes which is quite annoying. The height adjustment knob also doesn’t do anything, most likely defected/ broken. Aside from that, the product works and you can definitely feel the burn in your legs after a while. I’m not going to hassle with doing a return as it works as intended, just disappointed with getting a used and defected product.UPDATE** The company reached out and is resolving the issue. At first it was just the creaking that was the issue, but one of the stepper cables actually snapped while in use which was very unfortunate considering I had it less than a month. I had told the company about the cable snapping and they are gong to send a new product to replace this one. Let’s just hope the new one is better. ð¤ The customer service was actually very impressive and responsive which is greatly appreciated.UPDATE 2** I received a new product in a timely manner, however, it’s defective and doesn’t even work. This company doesn’t seem to have a good quality control. I attached a video of the new product I received. The pulley for the cables do not work and it doesn’t alternate the pedals for you to step. I had to manually pull a pedal up to do a step for the video. Both pedals remain down after that.UPDATE 3** The company has given back a full refund.

Very good durable material and steady. It comes with a mat that covers the bottom of the stepper. Itâs smooth without issue.

Product looks ok and is light & compact. The range of step is very shallow. Nothing like climbing actual stairs! Pedals move up & down only a couple of inches. When the adjustment is loosened for greater range of step the pulley system becomes very loose and the cable slips. I also had to put felt pads on the rubber stoppers underneath the pedals as they were loud when touching the bar underneath. Unfortunately would not recommend!
