Great Product
My daughter and I both have occasional knee pain and wearing this brace has given some relief. It is adjustable and really easy to put on and take off. It is also very easy to clean because it’s silicone. It is very comfortable, and I will wear it for extra support. My daughter says it helps when she dances and jumps. I recommend this product.

surprised something this small can be so useful
I did not personally use this product. I ordered it with my boyfriend in mind, whose knees have been bothering him lately. He was helping me around the house last night and he slipped these on beforehand (it comes with two straps) and he announced that it was easier for him to walk and he felt less pressure and pain in his knees. They came in such a tiny box and they got here very quickly. I would recommend that anyone with knee pain give these a try. And they’re one-size-fits-all from what I understand.

Didn’t work for me
The strap is too narrow and was ineffective in stabilizing by patella. I reverted to 2″ wise elastic bands with Velcrow ends for better tension settings.

I do like the look, slim fit, and washability of this knee strap. However, I couldn’t place it in any position that actually would help my knee. If I tightened it enough to get some support, it gave me calf pains and a strange sensation of hot wax being dripped down my shin. Because there’s no silicone gel pad that pushes under the knee cap, it basically is like wearing a rubber band on your leg. I do not recommend this for people who need ligament support to the tibia.Update: Seller followed up with me multiple times about my purchase and offered a full refund.

Best Knee Support
This provides amazing support. I have had knee problems for years and have tried several different knee supportn. This one feels the best and does not irritate my skin and is very easy to put on. It also stays well in place. I use it often and it is showing no sign of wear. Best purchase for sure!
