Comfort: As in the pic, my kitty took to this bed instantly. She is almost 18yo, so sheâs âgeriatricâ with hip problems. She looks so comfy.Weight: This bed has a decent weight to it; doesnât feel like it would slide around when she gets into it.Quality: Exceptional. The sleeping surface is very soft, and the egg crate inside is very plush.Color: Color is as-advertised. Very pretty navy blue.Ease of assembly: It took me a couple minutes to fit the egg crate inside the outer layer, but to me this suggests that it is an exact fit. Sure enough, once set up, the bed looks very nice.Ease of cleaning: I havenât had the need to clean the item yet.Con/Oddity: The outer layer can be removed from the egg crate, but the 3-sided raised portion cannot be unfilled of stuffing before washing. Not sure yet how that will affect the washability; time will tell.Overall, I think my older cat loves the bed. It looks nice amongst my furniture, but her comfort really is top priority. For reference, I bought the second to smallest size (28â x 23â x 6â), and my cat is on the smaller side, weighing only 8lbs.

The bed was for a dog that weighed less than 50lbs, Our dog weighs less than 50 but the sleeping surface was too small for her body to stretch out. WE are returning it but have already ordered the same larger bed which is PERFECT!
