Healthy alternative to typical spaghetti!
I like that it’s zero net carbs and lots of fiber. The price is a little high. I didn’t realize until I got it that the three boxes were not 16 oz each, but only 8 oz each. The instructions say boil for 6 to 10 minutes. I boiled it for more than 10 minutes, no more than 15 but it was still very coarse but tasted fine. I made half of a box and mixed in steamed broccoli, butter, seasoning salt, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. We will be sure to eat all of it. Due to the price I’m not positive I will reorder, but I might. Honestly, I’m not going to be making any carb-free pasta myself, so from that perspective it’s well worth the price.

Should Have Read the Reviews
The low carb options have been great from Pete’s but this spaghetti is nasty. I’ve been boiling and boiling and boiling and it is not softening. It also looks like this item is not eligible for a return so this is a huge waste of money because their products are so expensive.

Tasted fine, texture too hard
As many have noted, the texture is very hard regardless of extra cooking time. OK for me, but is not like spaghetti. I just saw that one reviewer, RDDall, recommends adding 1 tablespoon of baking soda to the water (then rinse after cooking). I will try that next time.

Most like real pasta of all the keto friendly pastas
Wow! This pasta exceeds my expectations! Iâve tried many keto/low carb pastas over the past 9 years of being on keto, but this one has the texture down of real spaghetti. Iâve been waiting for someone to create a good pasta and I think Iâve found it! And zero net carbs? I tried it for the first time this evening. My dinner was delicious. Yes it takes longer to cook, but after reading the reviews, I tried a trick that I used on other keto pastas thinking it would help with soften the noodles: I added a tablespoon of baking soda to the water, in addition to salt like one would normally do (rinse well when cooked). I found the texture great, perfect al dente. Course, I really like al dente. I havenât tried it without the baking-soda-softening-method since I tried it for the first time tonight. The pasta is pricey, but to me itâs worth it. Iâd like to try the other pasta shapes. Having said that, I donât know how it affects blood glucose, but I normally donât check that. I donât know if it kicks a person out of ketosis.

Updated: Instructions are worthless, read reviews for improvement
Initially this was a one-star review because cooking these to the package directions leaves you a crunchy, uncooked noodle that is utterly inedible. After posting, I read more reviews of other keto noodles and found out that the instructions on this package are complete garbage, but there IS a way to cook them correctly. Adding a couple tablespoons of baking soda and lemon juice will cause a chemical reaction in the water and get you a much more normal noodle consistency. You MUST rinse the noodles as part of straining the water off before adding them to a dish though, due to flavor and texture changes from the baking soda.Overall, the instructions on these noodles are complete and utter trash, and the vendor is woefully inept for not updating them to better ones. That said, the noodles when cooked correctly, using the above process, actually come out very much like real spaghetti in flavor and consistency. Knowing what I know now, I will buy again.

Not even close to pasta. DO NOT BUY
This product in inedible. I cooked for long over 10 mins and the “pasta” never got soft. It was gritty and stiff. When you bite into it, it’s dry and sticks in your teeth. I know low carb pasta is not exact replicas of carb pasta but this is a complete fail and very disappointing. $30 for 3 boxes of pasta I can’t eat and also cannot return. Save your money

Saucy twigs
Ok, so this stuff is a mixed bag. It looks like actual pasta and the taste is alright. But it doesnât soften in boiling water. I boiled it for twice the time it says on the package, and it just didnât get soft. The package says it gets al dente but if thatâs true Iâve been eating al dente pasta wrong for my entire life. Even after I put the sauce on, it was like eating twigs converted in my excellent homemade sauce. Waste of the sauce. Very disappointing. I feel like this should be made more clear if theyâre going to charge $40ish for a multi-pack.

High protein pasta
I like the fact that it’s highme protein and has low net carbs period but I like my spaghetti so I can spin it on a fork. And it takes a long time to cook it to get it that way about twenty five minutes. The chthe taste was really good I.Would
