Seems pretty good
I haven’t gotten a chance to make much from the book, but the recipes all seem like they will be tasty and simple enough that I won’t have to go to the grocery store to buy half of the ingredients anytime I want to make something. Something I like better about other allergy cook books than this one, is that they have recipes containing different sorts of grains/flours, where this one pretty much just has oat flour as the only wheat flour substitute.

Not Advised for Those with Corn Allergies
This book does not address the cross contamination issues for corn allergic people. It also does not address corn derivatives that cause most people with corn allergies to have an allergic reaction. Therefore, this cookbook is not advisable for anyone new to corn allergies as the food they prepare will most likely still cause an allergic reaction. I’m quite disappointed with my purchase.

Some good recipes. I got it for the corn allergies, and since corn is in almost everything, I needed some ideas!
