I got this to replace a poly or nylon belt that a physical therapist gave us for free – that one folded up while on and constantly slipped. This belt is nice and sturdy and holds its shape. My only “complaint” is that the latch can be a little bit difficult to open and close, but when it’s on it’s very secure. The home health providers really like it and say it’s the best kind to get.
