BEWARE – Low Quality / Cheap Product
This did not work for me. After moulding, it hurt my mouth and gums when trying to wear it. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Nope. Doesnât work
I was hoping this would help with snoring but no luck, unfortunately. It arrived quickly and is easy to use. You boil water, dip it in the water for 15-20 seconds, bite down on it, then dip in cold water. Voila! But this is just a mouth guard with a hole in the middle. Itâs quite uncomfortable to wear and fall asleep with, but I was committed to trying it. I mostly breathe through my mouth when I sleep, and while the hole is big enough to breathe through, it leaves your mouth and tongue ridiculously and strangely dry. My husband told me the snoring sound was different but not quieter. For me, this purchase is a one and done. Maybe it will work for you, but it did nothing to stop my snoring and just made for a miserable nightâs sleep.

Donât waste your money
Total waste of money!! Do not recommend!! I shouldâve stuck with the same product I had before this one! Iâm now a firm believer that having one that adjusts to force your jaw forward is a must. This did not help/stop snoring at all!!! This might be better for someone that grinds their teeth. Definitely NOT for someone that snores!

Standard guard with sleep markup
There is no difference between $8 sports mouth guards and this ‘sleep’ guard except the massive markup. I bought ~4 different moldable brands and was surprised to find they were identical. Save your money, buy one listed for sports.

Waste of money! Doesnât stop snoring. Doesnât not help sleep apnea! It may help if you grind your teeth. Itâs just a mouth guard super expensive. If you want this go to a sports store and pick up a mouth guard for $2-$3
