    I like this brand a lot, I’ve been taking it for a year.So it’s just b12, if you’re deficient you’re deficient.Tbh, I’ve heard bad brands will not be as effective but idk, I was recommended and it gave me more energy

    I usually buy vitamin C with B complex but my normal go-to sold out, bought this. It’s about 5x more the amount of my normal but great since I drink and B vitamins help with the alcohol breakdown. Best
