A Must Have In My Pantry
Italy offers us this dried Radiatore pasta that is an epiphany to oneâs senses if you have only tasted dull and flavorless products. The product underscores the secret to great Italian food; itâs the great real Italian ingredients. We like this with peppers, onions, sausage and tomatoes after an long and low simmering with generous amounts of Parmesan, the real stuff. This pasta is perfecto when cooked just al dente. Even better the next day. Itâs the next best thing next to a trip to Italy itself.

Missing packages
The listing clearly states there is 4 packages of noodles. However I only received one. And it was shipped in a mailer bag and seemed to have been stepped on. Iâm not sure who spends $14 on one package of noodles- but I sure donât. Also it was supposed to arrive on the 21st and got here on the 28th. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to making a special pasta dish with these.

Radiatore is my favorite pasta shape for a number of dishes because it holds the sauce really well. These are not quite as good as another brand I prefer but that brand is very difficult to find and invariably much more expensive. So, these will do and they’re a much better value.

This springy radiatore pasta really holds the sauce
This radiatore pasta was purchased after I could no longer purchase the Walmart store brand. What a difference. This pasta has oomph, springiness, and holds the basil sauce wonderfully in my pesto. It maintains its body for leftovers. I thought it was a bit pricy at the time, but what wonderful pasta! Fully recommended.
