I always need to take a sleep aid to get me to sleep at a normal time. My mind is always on the go, and I just can’t shut it off. So I take these and it works great, plus I don’t feel like they are habit forming so that’s even better.

Iâm about to finish my first bottle of these sleepy time pills so I just placed my second order. Iâve been taking two every night and they really have helped me fall asleep quicker. Iâll admit that Iâm a terrible night owl and spend a lot of time on my iPad Pro at night reading books, checking out Instagram, playing Words with Friends, googling mundane subjects, finding solutions on YouTube, etc., but with the help of these little pills and blue light blocking glasses Iâve been able to adjust my sleep patterns quite a bit. So if youâre having difficulties getting adequate rest at night, give them a try. You wonât wake up in the morning the least bit groggy either.

My husband has been looking for something to help with his sleep. He has tried a lot of different options. The PM Tylenol typically works for him and I am pretty sure this is the same ingredient. If only he would remember to take it every night!

The only thing I will say, bc you’re getting 200 of these, you feel like you’re getting more bang for your buck when in reality, you’ll most likely need at least 2 per serving since they’re 25mg each and I’m gonna assume that the majority of people purchasing these is bc they significantly struggle with sleep if they’re buying this many so that can depreciate the value so if this is the case for you and you’re not just buying these with the intent of using them once ine a while, go with some other 50 mg extra strength brand bc I noticed these don’t work the same after taking the same amount for too long and you find yourself wanting to take more which is obviously a no no.
