I have oily skin. I also wear sunscreen daily (usually a mineral sunscreen), so at night I have to wash well to remove any remaining sunscreen plus the skin oil. I have used a few different brands of skin toner. This one is a South Korean skin care product. Thereâs a small opening at the top of the plastic bottle, so you gently squeeze the bottle to apply it in drops to the pad or cloth you are going to use. (Some of the others I have tried have had convenient pump dispensers, which I do prefer.) The product is a clear liquid, so I end up counting drops in order to know how much Iâm using. I do like that it seems to remove leftover sunscreen and skin oil quite well. My skin no longer has that familiar oily sheen after I use it. Iâm not having any reaction to the product â no skin irritation, redness, itching, or flaking.

Nice, clean and very great toner.
No harsh, no irritation. Clean and botanical toner. I have very sensitive skin, and I use it every day in the morning on my T zone. It works great and keep it very not so oily at all. But at night, I use another toner because I need something a little more stronger to clean my face. I love this toner for morning.

This toner is good if your face is oily, and you’re concerned about oil on your face. However I do not recommend this toner if your face is extremely sensitive or do not have an extremely moisturizing skincare routine. This toner can be drying to the skin due to the fact that the second listed ingredient on this toner is alcohol.

Pretty good sebum toner
This toner is very light and doesn’t have a scent to it. It cleaned my face well. I have combo oily sensitive skin, where I break out around my nose, chin and forehead. It sucks that I am an oily mess after an hour and my makeup melts off even with setting spray. I have major excessive sebum. It’s only been a few days, using this morning and night in addition to the sebum controller moisturizer by the same brand. The toner helps my face keep sebum oil to a less degree and it certainly helps with the sebum control moisturizer. My makeup feels less melt-y, and wiping my face after a few hours had less oil. This toner does help significantly in reducing my sebum oily face. But I still am a oily mess at the end of the day. I would recommend in using the sebum control moisturizer in addition to this toner as well.
