Feels like it works!
I got a female panel done a few months ago, and I was on the lower end of b-12 and low on vit. D. With this supplement, I actually do feel like I have more energy and overall feeling better internally! My hair has actually been growing more, so Iâm super stoked about that! Iâve tried a couple of multivitamins, and this one has had the best impact for me, personally.Only con of this supplement is that if I donât eat with it, I will be very nauseous. It says to take with food, and that is definitely why ahhaha

Taste HORRIBLE
These are pretty good vitamins, Iâm about a week into taking them and I have noticed my nails have gotten stronger and grow faster. I havenât noticed anything with my skin or hair. The only issue I have is that they taste HORRIBLE!!!!! I donât know if I got a bad batch or what, but they taste like some sort of meat or something savory. I like eating meat and savory things but when the flavor is coming from my vitamins I get grossed out. I DREAD taking my pills and vitamins every morning because of the flavor of theseâ¦I have to take my meds with juice now instead of water, so I can cover up the taste a little bit. Theyâre also pretty big pills, and kind of hard to swallow, but thatâs not a huge deal for me.

These are solid! Since I started taking them 5 months I haven’t really gotten sick, my energy levels are noticeably better when I take it and it’s helped my mood as well. Biggest advice , TAKE THESE WITH FOOD. If I take these and don’t eat anything it will turn my stomach upside down. For the price this is the best value and I’ve done a decent amount of research
