Hard to find in Pensacola
I always loved fusilli. I was happy to find it. It did not disappoint. I will reorder when I finish eating the 6 pounds I purchased.

YES! This is fusilli WITH “THE LITTLE HOLE”…!!
It is also delicious! Please see my photos; this stuff DEFINITELY is a ‘toob’…look carefully at the tiny ends.I was watching episodes of “Nigellisima” and she featured a quick, food processor pasta recipe based on ‘fusilli’; which was new to me (That’s why I watch shows like Nigella’s…oh, and: Nigella!)?I live ‘rural’, and the local market did not have it, so I cannot speak of the price/value, except that a pound of this makes a heckuva lot of foundation upon which to layer flavor! In my picture, this is not “N’s” recipe (It was delicious!), but something I recently ‘made’, based on what was ‘around the kitchen’: red onion & cremini mushrooms, fine diced and sautéed in olive oil; add sliced cherry tomatoes, garlic and the some balsamic vinegar to reduce…oregano & parsley, then grated pecorino Romano…”ANNA” makes a great pasta, Enjoy!

These are so fun!!
I kept seeing long fusilli noodles used in recipes but I couldnât find them anywhere and I was dying to try them. I was so excited to find these because you get a bunch for fairly cheap (they are big packs) and itâs so fun to pull up a big long noodle and they have a very satisfying noodle chew! Yummy!

yummy, cute pasta
I love different pasta shapes, and this one was a winner! I made baked feta tomato pasta with this, and I felt like it was a cross between spaghetti and ramen noodles. My husband enjoyed the different shape as well, made the dish more interesting. Highly recommend if you’re bored by the run of the mill spaghetti noodles!
