HELPED MY BACK!! BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!!
I was hit by a drunk driver a few years back and I have had issues ever since. I get ablation and injections in my lower back to help alleviate the pain on top of otc and occasional pain meds. I have a very physical job that I work 10 to 12 hours a day. I was recently having issues and purchased a new mattress and went to the chiropractor. Both helped some but I was still having issues so I ordered and used a pillow you wear around your waist at night. This was a big mistake for me as it totally threw my back out of whack worse. My next purchase was the IPTP pelvic rocker core trainer. BEST INVESTMENT EVER!!! This product helped me stretch my lower back in a way I am unable to with regular stretching exercises. Lying on the floor even with a yoga mat hurt me. This product is actually very comfortable and not like you would expect from looking at it in the pictures. I have used this everyday since I received it and it has helped me tremendously. I still have an ache but Iâm not in severe pain like I was before. I am also able to do my core exercises comfortably which is exciting (abs here I come!). Core strengthening exercises is recommended and directed by my spine doctor to stabilize, improve mobility and to keep the joints lubricated. I cannot say enough good things about this product except it is definitely worth trying if you are suffering from back and even hip pain. I am still working on the balance thing that will come with practice and technique. The quality of this product is great and the price is reasonable. Definitely worth the money for pain relief and for your daily workout regimen and or routine. FYI you still need to follow your doctorâs advice as this is not a cure but a tool to help you to improve.

Works for me and my disc herniation
for context. I buy a lot of pain management/self massage products, rollers, chirp wheels, etc. I have spinal stenosis, arthritis in my vertebrae, and disc herniations at l5-s1 and l4-l5. And been doing PT for weeks. Still get pain all the time. With all of these pains, I do get some strain in my pelvis as well. I’m pretty familiar with my pain and limits, so take the advice at your discretionI heard of the pelvic clock, but the real one is a whopping 85. I have not tried the actual pelvic clock. Tried this one out and I actually really like it. The main 12-6 o’clock rocking angles have been great for my herniations. It really gets a nice stretch for the muscles around the area. 3-9 o’clock also gets a great stretch in. I’m adding this to my every day. There is a bit of a learning curve to placement, but once you find the right spot, it feels great. I do wish that it was made from a gripping material rather than hard plastic at the bottom. The non-slip mat it comes with is meh, but for half the price, I like it.

To big forme?
Not sure if this is too big for me. I do have a lot of pain due to two recent accidents, but mainly it is near impossible for me to sit the way instructed on rocker and say lie all the way back, when I do it isnât comfortable at all. If Iâm upright I can handle if but I when sitting back I feel I dropped off or my back far to arched. Not sure again if itâs me and I may make out better with the smaller red clock, just a heads up.

Great product for pelvic exercises
Great product however, it never came with the grey silicone matt it was supposed to. I’ve been using it all this time and look at the box again and thought to myself about the descriptions being different because it dented my yoga matt. I never realized it was supposed to come with the litte round matt for the floor exercises. Otherwise great product.

Wrongly Advertised! Slip-resistant disk not included!
Ordered it twice and neither came with the slip-resistant disk! Returned and bought the Pelvic Clock.

Use this in addition to other tools and techniques
This is not going to cure anything but that’s not unreasonable.I’m a very fit 65 year old…not bragging I just work harder at it than most. I have advanced degenerative disk disease which I’ve posted about many times with other product reviews if you’re interested.I started with the pelvic clock…a rather expensive but effective device if you use it regularly and properly. This works well as a warm up to using that device (its for sale on Amazon) since the Pelvic clock concentrates the pelvic compression and isolation more than this does. You must use these devices properly and regularly to get results.I also sit on this upright in a chair to provide some pelvic rotation while sitting which helps with my back pain.Good luck I hope this helps.

Received USED and Missing Base
The item arrived having been previously opened and the base was missing. It is also to large around for my lower back and a bit tall for doing stretches of the SI joints.Returning immediately for a refund.

Helps with core strengthening
I bought both of these and did a quick sesh with each. The blue one is 1/2 the price and so much better. I can do the same things as the red one but it also allows me to do core exercises (weak core is the reason I have back pain in the first place. The blue one allows me to do core exercises and makes them both harder, and easier. Itâs easier because it doesnât inflame my back pain to do them so Iâll actually get them done routinely. Itâs harder though, because the pelvic rocker, well, rocks back and forth and side to side so the core muscles have to engage dynamically. Highly recommend.

Product arrived when scheduled even thought it was sometime since I ordered it. Had used one previous this is why I ordered this one. Easy to use and is helpful. Biggest thing is you have to use it.

This is not the rocker to use. Sorry
