This mega powerful formula has all the herbs and supplements I take on the daily, and then some. The organic blend of ingredients are every bit impressive individually, as they are combined. I usually take each one in its herbal, gel or tea form, but having all of these premium ingredients in a pill form makes it super easy to stay on my regime while traveling or away on short visits away from home.I stagger my supplements throughout the day, so I was a little concerned about consuming all at once in such a high strength and potency. Sea moss with a blend of plant-based ingredients and vitamin C and D
I had to break one outer seal and one inner seal before I could open the bottle. The capsule doesnât smell strong, which is a relief for me because Iâm sensitive to strong odors in supplements. Even though itâs packed with lots of different ingredients, the capsule is standard-sized, and I can swallow it without any difficulty. In fact, the supplement is a blend of mainly plant-based ingredients, with sea moss as the main ingredient, of course.Despite the high number of ingredients, I didnât find anything in it that seems experimental or harmful as far as I can tell. It includes well-known ingredients like black seed, ashwagandha, turmeric, bladderwrack, burdock, apple cider vinegar, elderberry, ginger, and black pepper. All of these are ingredients I know and consider beneficial for my health. Plus, it has the RDI of both vitamin D3 and vitamin C in just one serving.

I can say these definitely help me feel a natural boost of energy. Not like I took a caffeine pill, but like I just find I move through the day easier.I donât feel so distracted super easily or like I just want to have a nap.I havenât had any labs drawn from my dr yet, so I donât know about any changes I canât see/feel.I also donât take one EVERY day. I usually do every two or three days.So, there is definitely a benefit! I honestly havenât found any cons.Btw⦠these are the capsules that float in water. A little tip on how to take pills like that⦠when you put the pill and drink in your mouth, lean/bend forward a little (like to touch your toes). It makes the pill float to the back and easy to swallow!Just a random tip that I wish I knew yearssss ago. Lol

I do feel more energized
I got this supplement because of the large variety of healthy elements offered and have to say after 2-3 weeks I felt a bit more energy overall. It’s hard to tell if it’s caused by this or not, but I would say it’s very possible. One way or another, great ingredients, no side effects – all good. I would say give it a try and see it it works for you.

No aftertaste and easy to swallow
I incorporated this into my regular supplementation. My visual cue in associating the brand with another is interesting as it seems very similar to a brand I trust and use while this is not that brand.I didn’t recognize any issues with this supplement, and I had no after taste, no swallowing issues, and the capsules all were in good condition from the bottle.
