Good enough but expensive
I thought this might taste better than my cheap store brand gf pasta (even that is expensive!) but this has a pretty intense corn flavor and is more than twice the price of what I normally buy. I will stick with my normal gf since the taste and texture of this wasnât that impressive.

Most gluten free pasta’s do not keep as leftovers very well, This pasta dispels that thought completely. We have had it several times and the leftovers do not turn ‘gritty’ like other pastas. So glad I found it and that it is available in Canada.
