Product Description
BORN FROM A NEED, BACKED BY SCIENCE, AND BUILT FOR YOU.
LMNT was born from a need. The hard truth is that available electrolyte products are high in sugar and woefully lacking in actual electrolytes. Based on the latest nutritional science, getting adequate electrolytes through these products equates to over 100 grams of added sugar per day. We don’t think anyone needs this amount of sugar. LMNT is formulated with everything you need and nothing you don’t.
WHY LMNT? Healthy alternative to sugary sports drinks Support energy levels, endurance, and recovery Science-backed electrolyte ratio No sugar, no dodgy ingredients, no fillers, no junk Easy grab-and-go packaging
MORE OF THE GOOD STUFF
There is a robust body of scientific literature that shows we have underestimated our electrolyte needs for decades, especially if you live an active, low-carb, or ketogenic lifestyle. Yet, popular electrolyte drinks on the market today still have low amounts of electrolytes and include a ton of sugar.
LMNT gives you more electrolytes in the perfect ratio.
1,000 mg SODIUM200 mg POTASSIUM60 mg MAGNESIUM
Key Ingredients: Salt (Sodium Chloride), Citric Acid, Magnesium Malate, Potassium Chloride, Natural Flavors, Stevia Leaf Extract
WITHOUT THE DODGY STUFF
What we DON’T consume is just as important as what we DO consume. The research is clear – sugar, gluten, dodgy ingredients, and other irritants found in popular electrolyte drinks come at the expense of our health.
No SugarNo GlutenNo Dodgy IngredientsNo Fillers
Approximately 7-10% of the world’s population suffers from sodium sensitivity. For those individuals, or those with fluid retention issues on the whole, additional sodium is generally not recommended, and our product is therefore not likely to be a good fit. However, approximately 90-93% of the world’s population experiences no rise or only a modest, temporary increase in blood pressure. Those that try it tend to report the effects of higher-sodium electrolyte supplementation as “very positive,” overall. If you have any medical conditions which necessitate the consumption of a low-sodium diet, using a high-dose electrolyte supplement is not recommended. If you experience adverse symptoms or effects such as nausea, bloating, stomach pains, diarrhea or vomiting when trying LMNT, cease use of the product. Note the quantity of water you use to dilute LMNT, the timeframe for drinking it (e.g. sipping it over the course of an hour vs. chugging it in a few mins), and any other new activities or dietary tinkering might have an impact on your experience of LMNT.

I like to mix flavors together and these are delicious!
I heard about this product from a blogger that is on a health journey. I have been using LMNT for about 6 weeks and love how much better I feel⦠truly. All of my life I was the kid that got sick easily and had to sleep 10 hours a night. For years I have felt kind of groggy and not 100%. Two years ago I started eating a daily banana and felt pretty darn good, leading me to believe that I probably had a potassium deficiency. So I decided to see if this product could also help up my energy level. In short, I feel so much better on most days. I like that I can mix my flavors as I have quite a sweet tooth that I know contributes to my lethargy. I mix the citrus with the watermelon in a glass of ice and water and sip on several glasses all day long. I mix it up fairly weak as I probably drink 4 or 5 glasses a day. I kind of experimented with how I felt after a few weeks and this seems to work for me. In between glasses I also drink more plain water. To me this tastes a bit like Crystal Light, but better. I really like the tiniest bit of salty flavor along with a kick of sweet. Not only do I feel better, I also am sleeping less, and have had a dramatic decrease in cravings for sweet and salty foods that are not good for me. I still occasionally eat junk food but I dont think about it all the time.People ask all the time if it tastes salty. Yes, but in a good way. Like if I make homemade vanilla frosting and add a pinch of salt to it, you taste the sweet first but then there is a tiny amount of salt that cuts the sweet flavor. I find it delicious. I no longer drink Coke or LaCroix as my âI have to have somethingâ fix. You get to control the strength of flavor and this pack is a good way to try out which flavor suits you. The watermelon is way too sweet for me but when I mix it with the citrus or the grapefruit it is a drink I love. The powder is super fine and mixes quickly with water. I find it delicious with very cold water and ice. Easy to pack for a week away and cost wise it replaces a lot of my bad habit food and drink. After using this for weeks my brain fog is cut dramatically and I feel very hydrated.

Great Electrolytes
The product was good but any of the flavors are salty. You can change this some by adding more water. All of the flavors were good. Would order again.

Pretty awesome
So I’ve been doing a lot of Intermittent fasting. I started with 16/8, alternate day feeding, and have basically landed on extended fasts of 3-5 days at a pop. I have a lot of weight to lose. I was a bit worried I was not getting enough electrolytes because of all the water I was drinking and some studies and info out there indicate that electrolytes are good to replace while on extended fasts. I found LMNT and read probably every article on their website. The product is a bit expensive for my taste but… the variety pack is pretty reasonably priced. They are definitely salty. 24oz is imho the least amount of water for mixing with a single pack of salts. I have cycling water bottles that hold 24oz. So I would mix it up, hork down a few big swallows and then refill to the top. 32oz is a really good idea for most people. I try to exercise while fasting and this stuff seems to have helped my “calm” that’s about the only way I can describe it. I would have 1 a day after I was at least 1 day into my fast, and it really did help with my general feeling of well being and clarity of mind.I also have to give LMNT props, they are trying to make a buck, but not at the expense of helping people get what they need. They have a page dedicated to making your own. So you can, and I did, order your own ingredients and make your own LMNT (style formulation) drink packs. I tried my first one the other day and aside from the flavor difference it was very very similar in taste and effect it had on my fast. So kudo’s to LMNT for making an awesome product and also sharing it with folks. The flavors are really something. My favorite being the Mango Chili. I loved that one. The Habanero one was not as good, but still tasty. I can’t bring myself to drink the Watermelon one because I’m just not a fan of Watermelon but I will probably use it next week as I’ve drank all the others lol. The Citrus is quite tasty also. The first thing I remembered thinking after my first packet was this taste like old school Gatorade. A buddy of mine and I did a several hundred mile ride quite a few years ago and we were using old school Gatorade in our hydration bottles and LMNT has the same mouth feel, it’s very drinkable, if you’re an athlete looking for electrolyte replacement this stuff is money. The best part about this little variety pack is it’s cheap, you can try it without breaking the bank. Go check out their website and read some of their articles the science behind it is why I tried it. Very pleased.

Good sample package
I got this variety package so I could figure out the flavors I would like to order. First let’s talk about the chocolate flavor, that should be a crime it was disgusting lol it didn’t really dissolve well in cold water either. I would suggest warming it like cocoa, that may be edible then. The plain no flavor salt, also gross lolHowever all the other ones were very good. My favorites were the raspberry salt, citrus salt and mango Chilli.I only use a 26oz waterbottle so I make one packet last for 2 fills. I love the salty and sweet combo. The energy it gives is great.

Iâve really been enjoying these ! The price is a little steep for me to be buying these all the time but as a nice little treat to throw one in my bag and have on the go, itâs very exciting. You do taste the salt, but the delicious flavours overpower it

I was happy with my purchase as it gave me the ability to try all the flavours and see which ones I liked best. I liked most of the except the chili mango as I donât like spicy stuff. Definitely worth trying. I purchased individual flavours afterwards.

I like these electrolytes but found them a bit salty so only used half the package at a time. Convenient pouches if you’re on the go. I’ve had others that were also very good but these are quite expensive.

I ordered the mixed assortment of flavors. The fruity and citrus flavors were really good but the chocolate and mango chili were bad…really bad. A whole package at once in my drink was a little to salty so I put half a packet at a time and it’s just perfect. I usually drink a whole packet a day. If you can get just the fruity flavors I would recommend that and stay away from the chocolate and mango chili. I’m 16/8 fasting and these are great first thing in the morning without breaking your fast.

The flavours are okay but entirely overpowered by the 1000mg of sodium. I feel like the balance of flavours is just wrong. Like it’s probably filled with everything one needs but if I don’t actually drink it because it’s not good, it can’t help me. Not worth 3+$/drink in my opinion…
