Iâm 33, lifelong migraine sufferer- Iâm on 2 prescription migraine medications, familiar with my triggers- and live by a low carb low sugar lifestyle due to triggers of white carbs and refined sugars- with all of that being said, attacks still happen, I get hormonal migraines or from stress- taking magnesium everyday as a preventative doesnât do it for me, within 4 days of taking 1 excedrin supplement a day, I noticed less pressure in my head and what I call ânuisance headachesâ had stopped, I love this supplement! Itâs keeping my head happy and I think 110 tablets for $20 is a great deal- thatâs almost a 4 month supply, if you are familiar with B vitamins you probably know it makes your pee very yellow so that will happen, this is nothing more than your body getting rid of excess vitamin b, speaking of vitamin b- that is notorious for making your stomach upset and I have not had that problem!I am loving this supplement and clearly so is my brain, wish I could send GSK a fruit basket, so happy something like this exists instead of taking so many different vitamins separately itâs an all in one for neurological health.Hope this supplement helps others with migraine as much as it has helped me- I saw comments of people asking whatâs in it, I will post pics of the bottle showing the quality and ingredients.

If you have recurring headaches get this
I normally donât write reviews. But, for this I have to. Iâve suffered with headaches all my life. Excedrin has been my only remedy all these years. I have taken prescription meds for migraines and either they have upset my stomach or just tired me out. When I saw this supplement product from Excedrin I thought I would try it, but to be honest I didnât think it would make a difference. I have to say this product is truly AMAZING. I mean it. I would wake up with a headache most every day. It was such a part of my life and I would just live with a halo of a headache all the time. I havenât had one headache since taking this product. I also use their powder supplements as well. The day focus one, and their sleep one. It has transformed my life. Iâm not being dramatic. Iâm only writing this because maybe these wonderful products from Excedrin will help someone else. I will take these supplements forever.
