Does the job but could be better
I really wanted to love these because the price for the amount you get is great!They hold lots of information which is a good thing. However, the worming section only has space for the first 3 months of treatment maximum and that’s if you combine courses (pyrantal 0.5cc x 3 etc) which isn’t enough room if puppy is with a breeder longer or gets additional treatments. Some spots have large info sections we feel could have been better used space for more important sections.The second con is that the paper is glossy but flimsy it transfers dye from one side to the other if you write on it while folded almost like carbon copy paper. So when writing records you have to keep it open and over a blank sheet of paper. You also have to let pen dry before moving or folding it as the glossy surface allows smudging.It definitely does the job especially if you’re needing something at an economical price point for high volume. It holds all the information you or a new owner needs to know. So overall it works well for basic records so that’s why the 3 stars. But if you’re looking for something that is higher quality or more professional seeming for sending to new puppy parents it probably isn’t the product for you. We will not be purchasing again or even probably using the entire batch.

Paper not cardstock
I wanted to like these but they are flimsy paper. I was hoping for a heavier weight of paper than what this is. On the fence about returning if I canât find an envelope to help secure

I breed Standards and Presa’s and these come in handy. I mark down when I dewormer them and their weights as we go. Makes record keeping much more simple.

Decent vaccine cards
Ordered these for when my vet doesnât hand out booklets. I took a star away because there is no place to put the vaccination sticker. I will have to fins a place for this! I took another star because these are thin and glossy. The ink will run and the paper will tear! I have used multiple record cards in the past, some think and glossy and others are more like card stock. Not glossy but thick and sturdy. I do like all the other information this has though. It tells the owner how to transition to a different food, which I have never seen on one of these.
