Interesting stuff, and it works
I had to research micellar water since I had not heard of it before. I was seeking something specifically to take off eye makeup that would do that well and also not harm my skin or eyes. This works amazingly well at that, and it seems that Garnier is one of the most highly-recommended brands and is also priced fairly well.
