These work and no hangover!
These do just as the other reviewers indicate. Helped me sleep, no hangover. I weigh 125, so only took one and it was perfect. Helped me sleep through neck and back pain that often keeps me awake.

I sleep like a baby now
I tried the melatonin that didnât work at all, so I thought what the heck Iâll try this . whatever all those combos of supplements are – they work great for me. I have so much trouble sleeping, but since Iâve been taking this, Iâve been sleeping way better . and if I happen to have to get up during the night, I can go right back to bed and fall right back to sleep.

I buy a variety of Pure Encapsulations products and I’m usually satisfied. In this case I am not. This product did not improve my sleep and left me feeling lousy the next day, almost like a hangover but without an upset stomach. The ingredient list looks logical, but it didn’t work for me.

This Best-Rest Formula has been a savior in helping me get to sleep … and stay asleep. My doctor suggested it to me. I highly recommend trying this if you are having trouble sleeping.And, it seems to help with night sweats too.

Works amazing for sleep if you can handle the smell
This is one of the few sleep supplements that works, but the smell will probably make you gag. Sometimes I dread taking them, despite knowing theyâll allow me to sleep deeper, simply because of the stench. I hope in the future they can formulate a variation that at least covers the odor to make them palatable. I really like these because they donât make me feel groggy upon waking up.
