Day 4 of taking these Sea Moss Capsules and my body is super pleased with me! I had a really bad knee pain, that subsided a lot! It doesnât really have a taste & instead of taking 2 a day I take one in the morning with a meal. I have been feeling more energized , focused and alive ! Definitely stocking up on these. Started taking this back in September of 2023, I had turned 34 and my knees started feeling wonky. I was looking for sea moss when I stumbled upon this I bought it because of all the additional ingredients in there.Not only did it take away my knee issueI call it my happy pill I swear my mood and life changed because of this I feel so happy with lifeâs challenges. Mental clarity, energy no matter how much sleep I get. Also it helps with cravingsI also take a bunch more vitamins from this brand I canât recommend this enough!! If I were to take only one vitamin for the rest of my life it would be this!!Itâs easy to swallow very effective and the ingredients work great together.

I had tried sea moss in the past and I didn’t notice any difference. I decided to give it a second shot but with a different brand.I picked this one in particular because it had ashwaganda. I did read Ashwaganda has natural testosterone boosting abilities. A few weeks after taking this stuff it helped my energy levels. I even noticed I was squatting and deadlifting heavier weight than before when I had been stagnant for months. This was the only new supplement I had been taking so it had to be it. I ordered another bottle and for 20$ you can’t go wrong with this one. I highly recommend it for the active athlete.
