That’s alot of Celery Flakes!
Don’t be fooled by the 1 pound size. Dried Celery Flakes are super light, so you get a huge bag of them. I resealed them in a vacuum bag to keep them fresh, as I have enough to at least the next year! Good flavor and scent. And big time value!

I like this much better than the vegetable soup mix. That settles and then you get different results every time. I got the carrots, bell peppers, celery and spinach all separately to add together in amounts that better suit me.This works well to add to simple things like ramen noodles or Mac and cheese to add more flavor.

Great Flavor
This is a very good product. Easy to use, and a really good pantry staple to have on hand. I use it mostly in stews, soups, beans, etc. Anything that is a bit liquid that could use a bit of celery. Would be a great addition to green smoothies, juices. 🙂 It’s packaged nicely when it arrives, but I put it 1/2 gallon glass jars with an oxygen absorber to keep it fresh for longer term storage. I’ve been ordering quite a few different products from It’s Delish lately, and have enjoyed everything that I’ve ordered. Everything that I’ve ordered has arrived very quickly and in good condition. The things that I’ve ordered have been dehydrated and not freeze dried, so there is a difference, but for what I’m using the products for, it has been very good, and not as expensive as freeze dried either. Perfect for cooking. When household is small, fresh celery can go south before it is used. Instead of wasting, use dried. Doesnât have strong flavor for those who dislike celery. Celery doesnât freeze well. This is perfect.
