Giro Peloton Cap The Peloton Cap is probably the most versatile accessory you can grab on warm days. It provides you with shade, provides an additional layer of insulation when it gets cool or windy and wicks away sweat. We designed it so that you can wear it perfectly under your helmet, because it is so thin that it does not crease and forms unpleasant pressure points. In addition, we have shortened the brim to improve your peripheral vision. Features: reflective visor. Rear panel elastic thin seams reduce pressure points when wearing under the helmet. Material: 100% polyester. Sizes: one size

Best cycling cap ever
I’ve rode bikes for a few decades, and I have yet to find a more comfortable, breathable, functional cycling cap.

fits comfortably on a size 7.5 head (unlike most other brands)
This is a nice cycling hat. It is thin, stretchy, and contoured so it fits easily under a cycling helmet. I have a larger head (size 7.5) and it fits me fine (most cycling caps are too small for me), but it has elastic in the back so it should fit a smaller head as well. Sizing is a little larger than the Castelli hats, which are snugger and less comfortable on my head. The brim flips up or down for protection against sun or rain in various conditions. Poly fabric wicks and breathes much better than the old-style cotton caps. It doesn’t get soggy with sweat like cotton hats can on hot humid days. Good quality cotton caps can be bought for half this price, so you do have to decide if this one is worth it for your riding conditions.

Great under helmet
This cap is awesome. Some other cheaper caps do a weird thing with the bill but this one is very nice. Fits great under a helmet with shades on. Wish it was available in a few more color options, but it delivers what it promises.

Runs a little Small
Great color – not the shade of orange that you see in the pic. Although the hat is “universal”, it does run a little small, at least for my big noggin. Has to be further forward than I would like as if it further back the peak will not stay up. Other than that, it is comfortable and does the job keeping the sun off and keeping the sweat away.

Nice hat – light and durable
I got this to protect my scalp from sun and to have a visor when the sun is in my face. Works great for both. Looks good too.

Made of 100% recycled polyester
Product description says 50% Nanobon/50% Polyester, but the actual product label says 100% RECYCLED Polyester. The product itself is comfortable to wear, but does not wick sweat as good as it should. The head sweat gathers to the brim and drips onto your sunglass which can be even more annoying. Lastly, the brim deforms (slight bend) against wind unevenly once full of sweat.

Keeps the sweat out of your eyes – and the sun, too
I purchased this because my new helmet doesn’t have a visor. I needed something to keep the sun out of my eyes.I didn’t realize that this was going to solve the problem of keeping SWEAT (and sunscreen) out of my eyes.I sweat a lot – it’s a gift. I have tried all sorts of solutions to keep the sweat out of my eyes – headbands, bandanas, headwraps, helmet liners, and super moisture-wicking cooling towels. Eventually, they get saturated, and the sweat flows into my eyes. With the Giro cycling cap and the brim down, sweat wicks to the edge of the brim and then drips into the wind – not on your face.I had been using headwraps on my stationary bike. I just change them out every 20 minutes or so. On an endurance ride, I’d have 6 or 8 of these sweaty bands on the floor next to my bike. I have started wearing this cap on my stationary bike inside because it directs the sweat away from my face. Sure, it drips on your bike and the floor. But that’s better than in your eyes.I’m a converted fan.

Now that we’re in to cycling season I finally had a chance to try out this cap, only to find that the visor is sewn and extends in to the sweat band and can’t be flipped up as a result. Poor quality control in my book and will be going in to the garbage.

El único inconveniente es que el color es morado

Cycling caps trend to be small and I have a head like a watermelon. This was one of the biggest hats around and I could only just get it on my noggin so I returned it. It looked ridiculous. More a feature of my head than the cap but there are plenty of cranially endowed people out there so someone please make hat that fits larger people not just cater for the pinheads.
