Update: The customer service is awesome and they fixed my issue so I changed my review from 2 stars to 5. I have mixed feeling about this product. First of all, I ordered 2 sets. One set came nicely packaged in a little box, but the second one was just in a plastic bag. Secondly, after not even a week of wearing the necklace broke and anytime I try to put that chain back together it just snaps, so thatâs a waste. Also, the bracelet doesnât stay tight, it keeps releasing its tightness during the day and if you not careful it can easily fall of your hand. They are beautiful but not well made
