What a wonderful healthy product !
All of Pete’s 7 carb pasta are absolutely delicious. Over the past 10 years we have tried every low cab pasta substitute and absolutely none can compare to Pete’s pasta. We use the different types of pasta, to make keto asian dishes, nacaroni salad with the elbow noodles, all soups, beef stew etc. We incorporate pasta in many different dishes and use the pasta 2-3 times a week. What a wonderful healthy product !Bill

I e been on keto for several years and Iâm always looking for new foods. Pasta has always been a dead end. Peteâs changed that! The texture, color and taste are exceptional in the keto market. This is our go-to pasta from now on!

In the world of keto, it’s all about try, try, and try again. Well, surprise, surprise, surprise! This pasta is actually good. Now, there is no substitute for semolina Italian pasta, but this is at least the best keto pasta I have found or made.Taste – fairly neutralTexture – smoothTenderness – a bit toothyThe first time I cooked it I boiled it for about 15 minutes (10 is the recommended max) and it came out just under al dente, but it seems to hold up much better than others, so you could go longer.It does take on the sauce really well, so, overall, I would say we have a winner.So, until something better comes along, this is my go to even though it is pricey. But hey, how much is your health worth?

Would give it 5 stars ,but it costs too much.
First off I eat this because I am and Italian American and have eaten pasta all of my 67 years.I found out I am diabetic and search for a decent tasting high fiber pasta. This fits the bill. It does not spike my sugar to the moon. I like al-dente and this is an al-dente product. If you like well cooked pasta that is soft do not buy this pasta. Nice product with proper saucing. I make home made basil pesto sauce it is a good meal with this pasta. I make a few different sauces that work well with this. But the reason I gave it 4 stars is it costs too much. I do a 3 bag order with subscription and still pay $10 a bag that is a lot for pasta.If it could be cheaper and still work for the seller I would get more than 3 bags every 4 months .

Keto pasta that ACTUALLY tastes normal
Forget the palmini, forget the gross white slimy mystery stuff, and forget the weird aftertaste & texture. This is actual low carb high protein pasta that actually tastes like regular pasta. The only noticeable difference is that it takes longer to cook (rather than 10-12 minutes, it took mine about 20 minutes to get the right texture). My only wish is that theyâd add some more varieties (ziti & lasagna noodles please!). As someone on a keto diet for the past couple years, itâs awesome to find a product like this that Iâve avoided for a couple years, without sacrificing taste & texture

We had the curly. Its texture was good and taste was very good. The issue was we ordered a variety package and got 4 of the curly instead. I would like to try the other varieties as well
