Usually I dislike crystal necklaces because they are too big. I like tinier more subtle jewelry. This necklace is the perfect size!

Disappointing!
The chain literally came apart two days after purchase. The stone is much smaller than in the pictures and it was drilled carelessly so one side has a big chunk missing from it. I was very excited for this necklace and disappointed that it was poor quality!

Nice necklace, juxtaposition of chunky and dainty.
I like amethyst a lot and this necklace is unique looking. The chunky stone and the tiny chain is a contrast look. The chain though is so dainty that it kind of disappears. And you see the stone. The stone looks rough but doesn’t feel bad on your skin. I like the contrast.Although sometimes I wish it was a little longer because I have a peasant neck. So I usually wear necklaces a little lower. And I’m not used to wearing a choker style, although with the chain, it’s laying at the base of my neck and not higher up where it would make my neck look even bigger.I think this would also make a nice gift but it depends on the taste of the receiver. Some people might find it too casual, but I like it.I may play with some necklace extenders to see other lengths. I can wear it at close to the full long length comfortably, I’m just used to longer necklaces because if I get a little bloat, it will be uncomfortable and that sometimes happens in the afternoon, depending on what’s going on.
