Great Value with good results!
Must admit⦠taking 1/2 scoop before workout and 1/2 scoop after workout (approx 6000mg/day) has showed proven results. On off days just 1/2 scoop. More size and strength. There is some weight gain BUT it is in the right place. Waist size remains the same. Been using for approximately 6mo.

Good product and good value, but needs better packaging
Good product and good value, but needs better packaging. Other reviews noted this, but I ordered anyway. The large plastic jar this product comes in, has a plastic threaded lid, and the seal is supposed to be a glued on cardboard cap inside of the lid. This cardboard seal does nothing, it has no adhesive, so the very fine powdered product sifts out into the packaging it is packed in. This process also has nothing to ensure to the customer the integrity of the product en route from the manufacturer. The product worked very well, but until this issue is fixed, I cannot order it again, nor recommend it.
