Tried it one night
I was hoping this would work and honestly maybe it does , however, the nostril plugs were bigger than my nose and I felt it was going to stretch it out if I used it so I stopped, it was really stretching my nose nostrils! It stayed in place because of that but was uncomfortable because of that too. I personally felt it was a waste of money

Poor battery life. Charge only lasts about 4 hours
I actually liked this unit and tolerated it well. Unfortunately it only lasts about 4 hours and then the battery goes dead.

Best Sleep Ever!
I’ve used it off and on for years. Maybe use it for a night or two and then stop using it. I’m not sure why that happened. Well, as of last week, I told myself I was going to use them every night for a week or so and see how I slept. For years, I’ve been a night owl. Going to bed at 3am and getting up between 8am and 9am. I was only getting 5-6 hours of sleep a night. Always tired. Since I’ve been wearing these every night, I go to bed at 1:30 a.m. and sleep until 9:30 a.m. I’m breathing better when I sleep and they’ve changed everything!

I wear them every night so I can sleep better. I keep them next to my bed for easy access.Years of motion sickness have finally found a solution.I have tried various stop snoring items over the past 3 years and none of them fit.
