Fits normal spaced studs

Exactly what I was looking for!
This hook is perfect for my home gym. The slotted holes were exactly 16â on center. Super easy to mount on drywall into two studs.Only minor complaint is that it doesnât fit two bars next to one another. Thereâs not enough space between the hooks. But overall itâs sturdy and does what it was made to do.

Sturdy and easy to install
Install is very easy. I have mine holding two barbells, and I only have it screwed into studs on one side. Definitely prefer this over a single barbell holder.Holds two barbells, Lat pull down bar, jump ropes and crossover symmetry bands all with ease

Great Bang for Your Buck
The more you can get off the floor in your gym, the better. At just under $30, this is a great deal.Overall this is a great wall hanger. It came adequately packaged. The black powder coat looks good, no scratches or dents present. It comes with all the hardware you need for a variety of mounting conditions. Mounting holes are spaced 16″ apart.There are 8 total prongs for hanging things. The spaces between each prong are a good width to hold a standard barbell (each space is 1 3/16″ or 30.2 mm). I have not tried hanging any of our barbells on this but I have no doubt it would hold them with ease. We have it mounted next to a similar wall hanger made by Rogue and it is just as study.

Why are the lower screw holes not well thought out
The product itself is great, very well built. The biggest issue with the product are the screw holes at the bottom, the hooks that come out makes you have to use a socket and not an impact or power drill because the hooks places everything at an odd angle.I donât want to have to buy some special adapter to bet the perfect angle, please move the holes up a couple cm in future design. Then it would be a perfect product
