This lightweight lumbar support allows me to sit in just about any chair comfortably, & supports me in the car as well.I have tried other supportive devices, including pillows & memory foam, but none were lite enuf to move around but still be supportive. If u suffer from stiffness &/or pain, this back support will help. So much better than a pillow!

Good product shipped well packed, I’ve used these before so I knew what to expect. Except it is more firmer than I expected. The foam is hard, so if looking for a softer one, this is not for you. I use it on my recliner, has an elastice strap on the back if you want to use it on your office chair.
