How do I wash my Copper Compression products?
Soak in warm water (86°F) with neutral detergent and gently hand wash for a few minutes. Rinse without squeezing, press with a towel to remove water, and air dry away from sunlight.
How tight should your products be?
To maximize the properties of compression, our products should be comfortably tight without cutting off blood circulation around the covered region
What are the healing properties of compression?
Compression reduces swelling by limiting blood and fluid flow to the injured area, decreasing inflammation.
Does copper get absorbed into your skin?
Trace amounts of copper may be absorbed by your skin, but it’s too little to cause harm.
Can I get copper poisoning from wearing your products?
No, because copper poisoning only occurs from ingesting large amounts.
If there is copper infused into the thread, shouldn’t your fabrics have a copper-gold color?
No, because the tiny copper ions are infused directly into the nylon fibers of our high-performance fabric. This innovative approach provides maximum benefits, extending the life of the product and fighting the source of odor for a superior experience.

Find the Strength to Heal: The Copper Compression Knee Sleeve provides the support you need without compromising comfort. To find your correct size, measure the circumference of your leg an inch above the knee. Then, compare your measurement to the sizing chart. Get the support you need, whether you’re going to the gym, running, playing baseball, basketball, soccer, golf, hiking, tennis, volleyball, or just everyday activities.
Copper-Infused Material: The copper-infused fibers wick away sweat and dry fast, keeping you cool and comfortable. The copper itself never washes away and keeps working to extend the life of the product. When it does get a bit too odorous to use, it’s easy to clean. Simply wash with a gentle detergent and allow to air dry completely before using again.
All Day & Night Comfort: The close fit means you can even wear it under pants or trousers and get support from morning to night, and even while sleeping. This brace targets key areas around the knee, acting as a stabilizer to the joint and promoting a sense of security during movement. No straps or hinges. This makes it an ideal choice for those needing mild to moderate knee pain relief. Works better than a bandage or wrap for athletic & active people who need to compress joint swelling.

Each purchase comes with 1 Copper Compression Knee Sleeve that fits both the right and left knees of adults. Not an adjustable straightening device, but can be used for strengthening in combination with exercise, when directed.

Works great so far … Time will tell
I have had multiple surgeries on one of my knees. Putting off a TKR as long as possible and willing to try just about anything to get a little relief and prolong the inevitable. Will admit I was skeptical however figured it was worth a shot for the cost. Two weeks in and I have noticed a significant decrease in joint discomfort. Frankly, the difference for me was almost immediate. Week one was a sound test as I had an opportunity to do considerably more walking than I normally would. Having chronic knee problems I am pretty familiar with my limitations. Mind you I didnât suddenly start running marathons but I was able to cover miles of city blocks, up and down hills, far more easily than I would have without this brace. So now that Iâve thrown the word âbraceâ out there, let me qualify my statement. I purchased this product more for the supposed benefits of copper infusion than the compression aspect. Remember ⦠Willing to try just about anything. Regarding the support, I really just hoped it would stay in place when I was on the move â And it did just that. As some have stated, size seems to run a little small. Others have stated that there is little actual compression. I have to agree, at least to some extent, with both of these observations. I would also add that I have worn compression stockings for years now, and I believe the only way to get the right compression is to be professionally fitted for your individual case. If I had to point out any potential shortcomings, I would say the upper band could be wider to help prevent the ârollingâ that some have commented on and, for the same reason, the silicon grip band could be wider as well or maybe a couple more could be added. Nothing is perfect, but I still must rate it at 5 stars, at least for now. I am quite satisfied with my purchase and have ordered another for my other knee. The bottom line is that it works for me.

I vote Yes
I do not leave many comments but this product deserves one. I have no special conditions, I am just old. If I had the money that I have spent on knee braces back, I would probably go to Bosely’s and get some hair for this bald head. However until Copper Compression makes a product that I can put on my head, I will gladly stay with the knee sleeve. These are the best I have had on by knee by far. They are lightweight but not too lightweight. They are very comfortable to wear and provide stabilization to an otherwise unstable knee. I have had my first one for about six months and it has gone through many wearing and washings with no sign of deterioration and wears as well as the first day I put it on. I bought another one not necessarily as a backup because I wear both now if for nothing else to keep my good knee protected. You will not go wrong with this sleeve. Maybe they will make that hat one day.

Just OK
Extra large size is a bit small. I followed the directions and almost bought a large – glad I didn’t. This fits my thigh perfectly but is VERY tight on the calf. This makes it very uncomfortable to wear after a few hours and I have to take it off. Didn’t buy this for support but to use as a cover for my leg my the knee brace would not irritate my skin. Suggest that you go at least 1 size up after you measure.

Very Happy Buyer
Very pleased with this purchase. Severely bruised my left knee. Was in a knee immobilizer for five days. Needed something to support my knee while at work. No cushy office job either. I am a lineman for an electrical contractor and on my feet all day. Wasn’t real optimistic when I received the sleeve. Figured what the heck? Put it on and I thought this thing is way too comfortable to be of any help. I kept it on for a couple hours. So, to test it I took it off. IMMEDIATELY I could tell the sleeve was doing its job. With the sleeve off I could feel the pain. Needless to say I put it back on. The sleeve is very light and comfortable. After a little while I forget it’s even there. And, it wicks sweat. I take this off at the end of the day and it is dry. I work in the northeast, temps have been in the 80’s and 90’s and it’s bone dry at the end of the day. The one reason I did not give this five stars is because the top cuff curls up. I think that cuff needs to be wider. Overall a very good buy. And quick delivery. Very quick

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
I bought a pair of the compression knee sleeves because I wanted to try something different the one i buy for usual (Tommy Cooper) and boy….this are a BIG dissapoinment.Where do I start…almost no compression at all-and yes I have the right size-,the silicon band (if you can call that a band) is just 1/16 of a inch wide and don’t keep the sleeve in position at al,its sliding down just by standing up and until you put your pants up it is already around your knee.I wear sleeves for about 10 years all day long(8-9 hrs a day) and I am in and out of the truck at least 10 times a day and never had a really big problem with the other brand. This ones I have to adjust them every time or just go without and let them slide down under the knee.Yes they are cheap and you get what you pay for…CRAP…sorry but thats the truth. They were cheap enough to not bother to return them….they are gone…in the garbage.I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried them a couple times…still garbage.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!iUpdate 6/13/2018I would give a 5 star to costumer service ,they got in contact with me right away and tried to make it right by sending me another pair in a smaller size.I run in the same problem…the material is good but the silicon band on top of them is just to small to hold them in place ,i tought that maybe a smaller size will hold them better on my leg…but no luck…I was not even out of the house and they were curled down all the way to my knee cap and behind my knee making them impossible to wear…but i found that using them as a compression sleeve for my calfs are doing a good job.If they could figure a way to make them stay in a place..on your knee…I would buy them again…but until then i would not recommend them.Still the customer service is great ,but….the customer service can not help when the product does not deliver !!!
