Good variety, good value
Our tiny toy poodle weighs less than 10 pounds. We experimented with an assortment of the wet dog food brands in little cups. Some of them were more expensive and may have better reviews because of claims about their ingredients. An expensive food with a special ingredient means nothing if she won’t eat the food. Reading the Cesar ingredient list shows a balanced nutritional content that stands up to the more expensive brands. Like the other brands, Cesar’s recommended daily serving is WAY more than our dog could possibly eat. She eats half of a container in the morning and finishes the other half in the evening. She has a nutritional kibble (small-sized because her mouth is so small) in a separate bowl that she can snack from whenever she feels like it. Throughout the day, she also gets Milk-Bone Soft & Chewy Minis as treats. When the Cesar wet dog food is served, she gobbles it down right away… and we think she likes the variety. With the other small-container wet dog foods, she would sniff them and walk away. Every situation and dog is different, but this solution works for us.

The only thing is I can’t det the lid off. But I hand it to my daughter and comes rite off, that’s on me. Doggy has tried every flavor, she likes most. Even buy it at grocery if I happen to be there

Good quality dog food
My 13-year old dog, Ollie, has to eat something because he is a diabetic and needs to have food along with his insulin shots twice a day. However, he is very fussy about his food, and will hardly touch dry food. So far Cesars Classic Loaf flavors are the only wet dog food he will eat right now. He doesn’t care to eat gravy so I rinse the loaves off and cut them into little cubes for him, which he prefers. (He is a Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix.) We don’t mind spoiling him as he went blind last year and also had to have one eye removed due to glaucoma, so when it is time for breakfast and dinner, he sniffs out the Cesars and we are just glad he gets some joy out of eating something. Other than that he sleeps a lot and loves treats.
