Better quality than the other brand I was using
These pills are not the smallest in the world but they are sizeable and have a good coating that helps them slide through. They do smell but I think this is the ingredients’ feature, as all brands of amino acids I tried were smelly. I found these to be the least dusty of the ones I tried.

I received the bottle but didnât take them yet, if you like to order count how long you want to take, you will need to take 5 pills daily, they are hard pills and kinda big 🙂 I will start taking next week (got sick itâs too medication to take right now) looking for the positive results ð

Did not agree with my system
Was hoping this would work because I am 75 and supposedly, it helps you regain muscle mass. Since it gave me an upset stomach, I will never know if it helps build muscle mass. At 75, itâs difficult to retain muscle mass. I am always trying to have a better quality of life. It gets expensive. I wasnât allowed to return it for my refund. So stuck with another supplement that I cannot use. Why I couldnât return it, I donât know. Nothing was specifically explained to me. More money down the drain. You donât know if something will work for you unless you actually receive the product and try it. You canât know before you place the order. I have been a customer with Amazon for years. I guess this lets me know if I order a supplement thatâs New to me, I need to order directly from the Company that makes it so that I can get a refund if needed. Canât afford to lose money when your income is Social Security Retirement.
