Finally I found the one
This has been my best purchase as the effectiveness, taste, ease of swallowing since the pills are small. Ive noticed my hair is starting to grow back more and thicker, my nails are growing faster and they look healthier.

Hair and nails grow much faster!
My nails were always peeling and breaking really easily until I started using this regularly. I now rarely have issues with them. They are stronger and grow faster. I think it took a while for my nails to improve because the biotin can’t really affect what’s already grown, just the part that’s growing when you take it. That’s my theory anyway. My hair has been growing much faster too and I notice much less breakage on the top of my head so I think my hair is stronger too. I was hoping for an improvement in thickness and regrowth in parts that seem a little thinner than they used to be but I haven’t seen that. The only downside is I have to get my hair cut and my nails done more frequently!

Effective supplement from a reliable brand
I combine this with my Viviscal supplement for hair growth and it makes all the difference. There’s also been a huge improvement with my nails. Nature Made’s other vitamins have been effective, too. Noteworthy: this purple gelcap looks exactly the same as their other gelcap vitamins. Keep a close eye if you’re taking more than one.
