Works awesome as a baby monitor
We are using this as a baby monitor, because I like the security features — it requires access to the app to view the camera feed, and if someone tries to log in I get a notification to my phone, and it has the 2 step verification so it’s not easy to hack into. It works extremely well for this purpose, and is very easy to set up and use. The motion detection and noise/sound detection works very well, if baby wakes up and is moving around or crying I get a notification within seconds. The video quality is clear and I love that it basically has “night vision” so even in a dark nursery I can clearly see everything. Being able to control the camera view and adjust the angle via app is an amazing feature so I don’t have to tiptoe in, move it manually and risk waking baby. I also love that it records 24/7 so in the morning I can watch and see how well baby slept (or didn’t sleep!)Overall, I absolutely love this camera and will be purchasing 2 more to keep an eye on the dog while I’m out of the house. I absolutely recommend it and for the price point, I’m amazed at the quality and features offered. This is exactly what I wanted and needed. Thanks again Kasa!

Functional & Useful
I like that it works immediately (easy to use) and pans the view to see things elsewhere. Great device for pet surveillance. I don’t like that it’s probably best mounted on the wall because the pan capability is limited in range if placed on a high surface. I also dislike how it seemingly can’t connect despite just sending a notification that motion was detected. I like the device thus far and am intrigued to see how it functions after a year of use.

Hoping The Last Longer
I purchased five of these cameras back in April to help monitor my father, who is in hospice care. Initially, they worked well, but after a few months, three of the five cameras started malfunctioning, requiring constant resets. Recently, a fourth camera has started acting up as well. We considered switching to a different brand but decided to stick with this one for the ease of setup, especially for my mother, who was already familiar with the system.Reluctantly, we purchased four new cameras to replace the ones that are only six months old, as they are now outside the return window. I feel that for the price, these cameras should last longer than half a year. I would appreciate it if the company would consider allowing returns or replacements under these circumstances.Despite these issues, the image quality is excellent, and the cameras are very convenient to use. However, the short lifespan is disappointing. If there are any options for assistance, I would be grateful if someone from the company could reach out..

Pedí una cámara en junio, que dejo de funcionar de manera parcial en agosto, pero no había tenido la posibilidad de ponerme en contacto con ustedes, hay alguna forma de no sentirme estafada por la empresa? Ya que busque a través de la.app y no hay modo de devolver o pedir un reembolso, pues se excede de los 30 días; sin embargo, es una cámara que no ha sido expuesta a nada que pudiera dañarla, cómo podría en 2 meses dejar de funcionar de la nada?Agradezco si me dejan saber qué medio puedo usar para ponerme en contacto con quién corresponda por favor!

Muy fácil de instalar, se ve muy nítida la imagen, además se pueden escuchar las voces o ruidos que haya en el lugar y también se puede hablar por medio de la cámara; excelente compra! La recomiendo mucho!
