Quality product that fits a one pound meatloaf.
I have probably used this about 10 times now. It does not clean as easily as it did in the beginning but I see no sign of coating failure. Just have to scrub a little with steel wool. I use mine exclusively on the grill. It satisfied my search for a pan that holds a pound of ground beef with maybe 1/3 to 1/2 cup of fillers. I cover it with aluminum foil for about 1/2 the grilling time and results in nice texture. If you like a little juicier loaf, then leave the foil on longer. I find the actual dimensions slightly smaller than declared because I measure on the inside of the pan, where it counts! The inside bottom of the pan is 2-13/16 (W) x 5 (L). Just inside the top rim it measures 2-15/16 (W) x 5-11/16 (L). The height measured from inside bottom to inside top rim is 2 (H). All dimensions in inches. The product label claims larger size: 3″ x 5-3/4″ x 2-1/8″. You can tell from my measurements that the sides slant inward toward the bottom as you would expect. I like the pan enough to have sent some of these to relatives as gifts

I should have written this review earlier, I would have given it a higher rating…but I have since found the Williams Sonoma Gold Touch Line (their previous one, manufactured by Chicago Metallic), and those mini pans just deliver the most awesome browning ever, so this little Wilton guy will probably rarely get used. I would highly recommend Chicago Metallic if you can find their mini pans. BUT, if you are just wanting middle-of-the-line basic baking wares, this size is great. I like splitting recipes by 4 and making a small loaf to give away or just for my husband and I. The small size really curbs over-eating most of the time. Or you can buy four of these, which will be equivalent to a regular loaf pan, and just divide the batter from a regular recipe into all four pans.

Just what I was looking for to make mini loaves of bread, cakes, etc. I have used Wilton products for years, and this product was no exception, their products are sturdy, easy to use, easy to clean and durable.I hope this product lasts as long others have. Very pleased thus far.

Diese Form ergibt eher ein Brötchen, als ein Brot. Hier wurde bei der GröÃenangabe der verhältnismäÃig ausladende Rand mit gemessen und nicht der Backraum. Schade, dafür dass das Produkt von sehr weit her geliefert wird und ich deswegen eigentlich schon Skrupel hatte es zu bestellen, ist es jetzt auch noch unbrauchbar für meine Zwecke.

looked for small loaf tin but could not find correct size thanks to amazon was able to track one down. This will fill a 300gram loaf which is the standard size for small loaves from most bread recipies. The quality is excellent and gives a proffesional finish. It also is non stick and washes in dishwasher I have used this on a daily basis and still looks brand new. I also used this recently for a panacotta which served six as a dinner party. It can also be used to make pate.
