Love this blanket
I love this blanket.I got the Calvin Klein – King Blanket, Soft Cotton Home Decor, Waffle Weave Bedding (Ivory, King)I have to say I really like the quality of this blanket. I got one very similar at PB and with dogs it didn’t last long. This one can still get snags if you have an animal with untrimmed nails but the quality seems more durable. I love the color and simplicity, it’s comfortable and washes well. It has been a nice addition, it elevates the look and feel of the bedroom without being a hassle to move off the bed.

Large, Appears Well Made, But Not Comfortable or Warm: The Decorative Throw Pillow of Blankets
This is a review of the Calvin Klein King Blanket with the waffle weave at a price of $89.99 at the time of review.The name is a well-known brand, and you’d have certain expectations with CK, but this one is a little flat of those expectation. First, opening it up the first impression is the color is exactly as described and in the photos. It is really good and nice. Next, you notice — a smell. Yes, there is a little factory/chemically smell. We washed it once with fabric sheets in the dryer after, and it still had a little smell. We just put it right back into the washing machine, and this time it appeared to get the smell out — or at least I think so, others still feel there is a faint smell if you really push to your nose and inhale.In usage for the few nights we have had it, we are already not impressed. As a blanket alone, if you are someone who doesn’t like the heavy comforter or sheets on it, then this is a good product for you — expect that weave is a little abrasive. Maybe that’s a bad word, but it is definitely not a soft blanket like the description says. Maybe it will get softer after more washes, but the initial reaction was yikes. Those, it might actually function more as a blanket on top of a sheet or a comforter, and it might be more appropriate that way. Because most people will not since it directly on you to be nearly as comfortable as the sheets, or even another blanket. It’s just not that soft. Size wise, it’s big and plenty for two people.Based on this price and how it is functioning, I wouldn’t recommend it. It just doesn’t feel like it is worth it. I will update this review if after 10 or more washes it gets softer and nicer, as I have done that before and I am pretty good at doing that, but I just still think the weave pattern combined with how thin it is will really not hit the mark. I almost feel like this blanket is a better decorative, show your brand loyalty/look fancy or important kind of thing, and not a useful one. It just seems like the decorative/fancy version of a throw pillow.

Excellent Quality; Not Very Warm
The quality of this blanket is great, but it doesn’t really work as a warming blanket.The quality of the material and the feel are as good as always with Calvin Klein, the cotton is soft and smooth. The design is nice and minimalist, practically would look good with any décor. It’s also pretty lightweight, I’ve had no trouble carrying it from my closet, to my room, to my couch, and all around the house, even though it’s a king sized blanket.This isn’t really something you should get if you want a blanket for sleeping with to keep warm, it doesn’t really insulate as well as a comforter or duvet. I’d say it’s best used as either a summer blanket or throw blanket that you use around the house.Overall, I think the quality and feel are great, but you should go with something else if you want a warmer blanket.

So nice
This looks so nice for Stacking on top of the quilt or blanket. It gives the hotel vibe. I love the color because I’m able to pair it with so many different colors of bedding and put it in different rooms as well to match the decor. It’s chunky and cozy, but not too chunky. I really like it.
