The pills are large, but not hard to swallow
This is a good vitamin-mineral for me – I’m in my late 60s and have always tried to take a good mult-vitamin/mineral supplement to ensure my body has the necessary elements for cell building blocks even when I don’t eat as well as I should. The one-a-day pill is a bit large, but I’ve not had any trouble swallowing it. Good value for my health.

Find an affordable vitamin that has everything in it I want and need. But they are so big! So I get my trustee pill cutter out and I cut them into fourths and takeoff four of them together. Everything is good. Iâm breaking them open and like that makes them easier to dissolve. I take them at bedtime.

La verdad , he probado otras multi vitaminas conocidas y me provocan dolor estomacal y no noto cambios. Pero estas desde el primer dÃa he notado la diferencia. Las compréporque querÃa tomar vitaminas. Aún no tengo 50 Pero igual las compré. Quedé sorprendida porque Tengo más apetito (tengo entendido que no a todos les pasa Pero a mà me ayuda porque habÃa bajado de peso). Tengo más energÃa ahora. El primer mes sentà una leve dificultad para ir al baño pero se fue desvaneciendo poco a poco. Si notas eso, no te preocupes que eso ocurre mientras tu organismo se adapta y no a todos les pasa. Las compartà con mi mamá y a ella No le ocurrio lo mismo.Las recomiendo 100% Son mucho mejor que otras marcas reconocidas y caras. Volveré a comprar sin duda.
