I had read that the wheat in Italy is better for you than in the U.S., so I thought we’d try it. It tastes better and seems to have more substance. The pasta we had been using seemed to go from too hard to too soft. This is somehow soft enough yet has a nice texture.

I was looking for a good Italian pasta that didn’t make me feel bloated. Rummo was recommended from an Italian man who makes his own pasta. It is a bit pricey but love that it doesn’t make me feel bloated. I would recommend!

The best
The best spaghetti ever⦠thick, not yucky. And Iâve a wee gluten intolerance and because itâs from Italy there are no GMOs (as I think GMOs are the cause of gut issuesâ¦grew up in the 1960s with Wonder Bread and never had issues with gluten until the last few years when GMOs hit the shelves). Really tasty pasta!
