It’s a very decent lock, I’d recommend it for peace of mind, but if you have an expensive bike, or live in/frequent areas where your bike is more likely to be stolen I’d recommend getting an additional lock as further deterrent. I use this lock along with a U-lock. I do like this lock though its light for a chain but I don’t like plastic components so I took a star off. It’s good for the price though
